Rachel A. Charles

Paralegal

Rachel has over 14 years of legal experience. Having worked as Attorney Evan Lin's paralegal since 2007, Rachel assists Attorney Lin with his work in the areas of business/corporate law, estate planning, wills and trusts, probate/estates and real estate law. Rachel enjoys assisting clients to meet their specific needs and desires.

Rachel is a graduate of Notre Dame Academy in Green Bay and attended the Paralegal Program at Northeast Wisconsin Technical College.

Rachel and her husband currently live in the Dyckesville area with their dogs. In her spare time, Rachel enjoys reading, sewing, scrapbooking and volunteering with various animal welfare organizations, both locally and around the country.

Becca L. Tassone-Kinziger

Paralegal

Becca has 16 years of hands on experience in the legal field. She started her career at Lin.Liebmann LLC, as Attorney Bret Liebmann’s paralegal in May of 2014. Her responsibilities include assisting Attorney Liebmann in the areas of civil litigation, personal injury, family law and criminal law.

Becca graduated from Green Bay Southwest High School. In 2003, she achieved her Associate degree in Paralegal Studies from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College. She also earned a Bachelor degree in Psychology/Human Development from University of Wisconsin-Green Bay in 2010.

Becca has served on the Board of Directors for the NWTC Alumni Association which supports NWTC students, staff and Educational Foundation by enhancing the image and visibility of the college and maintaining student scholarships.  She is also a mentor in the Alumni Mentor Program, a program that matches alumni with minority students in efforts to help more students graduate.

Becca volunteers in her community by serving meals at the New Community Shelter and building homes for Habitat for Humanity and is also a member of the Chamber of Commerce’s Current – Young Professionals, a young professional network that works to attract, engage, develop and retain young talent in the Greater Green Bay area.

Becca and her husband, Marc, live in Little Suamico, Wisconsin, with their 1 year-old son, Beckett Lincoln. In her free time, Becca enjoys cooking, gardening, reading and cheering on the Oconto Falls wrestling team that is coached by her husband.  Becca is passionate about children's literacy, so she also works as an independent consultant for Usborne Books and More, helping to improve literacy and create lifelong learners.

Judy L. Halbrook

Paralegal

Judy has over 25 years of legal experience.  She graduated with an Associate of Arts Degree-Legal Secretary in California, and later obtained her degree as a Paralegal in Wisconsin.  She joined Lin.Liebmann in September 2016 to assist attorneys Herbert C. Liebmann, III and David C. Van Staten, II, in the areas of estate planning, corporate and business law, and real estate.

 

Judy and her husband, Billy, relocated to the Green Bay area from the San Francisco area in 1994.  Judy and Billy have three adult children and two English Springer Spaniels.  Judy loves baking, boating, snow sports, football, and gatherings with family and friends.  

Kristin L. Soli
Legal Assistant

Kristin began at Lin.Liebmann in February of 2016. She brings with her both legal and general office administrative experience. After years of being a stay at home mom of three and in home daycare provider, she was ready to pursue her administrative career again. Kristin assists our attorneys in the areas of estate planning, wills and trusts, business/corporate law, probate/estates and civil cases.

Kristin is a graduate of Northern Michigan University in Marquette, Michigan, with an Associate Degree in Business Administration. Upon graduating from NMU, she moved to Green Bay with her husband to begin their careers and start a family.

Kristin and her husband, Nash, live in Green Bay with their three children, Austin, Drew and Joslyn. In her free time, Kristin enjoys volunteering at her children’s school and attending their various field trips. She also enjoys being outdoors, attending her children’s sporting events, going for walks, gardening, traveling to the Upper Peninsula of Michigan to visit family and friends, camping and the occasional golf. 

Mary Sue Caldie
Receptionist

Mary Sue has been with Lin.Liebmann LLC since October of 2015, as their Receptionist/Administrative Assistant.   After serving as a manager for over 25 years in the hotel industry, Mary Sue decided to join the law firm.  Mary Sue has over 35 years in the customer service field and still enjoys part-time employment with Royal Scot Golf Course and JC Penny, Co.

Some awards that she has been a part of as a cordial, enthusiastic employee were: Top 10 Inns, White Glove Award, Three Time Employee of the Month, Most Positive Comment Cards and Miss Congeniality.

Mary Sue and her husband, Tim, of 38 years, reside on the Royal Scot Golf Course.  They have a daughter and son-in-law and a son and daughter-in-law.  They like spending time with their 4 grandchildren, golfing, camping, four-wheeling, cooking, baking and vacationing in Myrtle Beach.
